Grounding the body during sleep reduces inflammation, increases
energy and improves sleep and healing naturally. Grounding
is an actual electrical phenomenon whereby a body, or any other
electrical device, is electrically neutralized by the negative
ions of the earth. When the human body is grounded, inflammation
rapidly declines, and chronic pain either completely disappears

As with all degenerative diseases, such

by Dr. Maurice Ghaly MD before and after grounding the body
for 8 weeks using a grounded Barefoot Connections bed pad.
After sleeping grounded, all the participants
had lower cortisol at night, indicating diminished
nighttime inflammation and pain, and higher morning cortisol
levels, indicating more energy upon waking. All subjects reported
being able to fall asleep faster, having less pain and more
energy throughout the day.
