Scent
is a secret natural weapon of influencing people’s minds.
It always naturally works. Since ancient times various aromas
were used by healers and wise women to have an influence on
somebody’s decision, to cure diseases, to concentrate
one’s mind or to relax, and even to activate sexual feelings.
Natural scents are added to perfumes, oil for Tantric massage,
air-fresheners, soaps and shampoos. How it works? Through inhalation
fragrance particles get into our mucous membrane and further
into our blood, being transported to all the spots of our body.
Thus they impact on our energetic centres and on our physiological
state.
Scientists proved long ago that like for all
living beings, scent is essential for humans when it comes to
intimate interest. Some smells are virtually strong aphrodisiacs
for women; some others can turn on any most serious man. Arousing
fragrances may have a great power on people’s unconscious
thoughts and behaviour. Didn’t you ever notice how a scent
of a male perfume affected your mood and state? How it unblocked
all restraints?
Observe a woman's conduct when she inhales
the flavours of a flowers bouquet, or that of chocolate, or
vanilla cream, or breathing in fragrant fruit, like oranges
and mango. Watch her becoming playful and friendly, and so easily
influenced. Try and find the difference between a simple nude
massage and the same, but accompanied with aromatic oil, on
this page, there are more types of massages that go perfectly
well with aromas. You’ll find out that your sensations
become more intense and you feel more relaxed even before the
session starts.
This phenomenon is known as aromachology, or
psycho-aromatherapy, which is the study of the influence of
aromas on mood and behaviour. One way or the other, but we use
its power practically every day. More and more popularly aphrodisiacs
are being used, especially aromas with aphrodisiac properties,
which help the most erotic masseuses to relax and tune their
patients during a massage session.
The list of aromas with registered aphrodisiac
qualities is long enough, although it is indeterminate. It includes
sandalwood, cinnamon, bergamot, jasmine, chocolate, vanilla,
patchouli, ylang-ylang, roses, and lavender fragrances in it.
Essential or massage oils containing these flavours are widely
popular among professional tantric masseuses, although nowadays
a wide range of male and female perfumes, powders, air-fresheners
and even cloths contain them, too.
Everyone can experience a unique aphrodisiac
scent for them, like the smell of fresh fish or engine oil,
especially if it has some individual associations. However,
the most powerfully arousing smell for one may be a person’s
own natural body scent. A peculiar fact is that all smells and
flavours, from natural body flavour to flora’s sensualizing
and arousing fragrances, play an extremely important role in
intimate relations.
