Craniosacral
Therapy or CST is a subtle and profound type of healing,
which assists the body’s natural capacity for self-healing.
Craniosacral Therapy can help the body resolve and heal pain
and injury, disease, emotional and psychological issues as well
as support the development of the client’s sense of wellbeing
and health. With treatment, a deep sense of rebalancing occurs.
Conditions
commonly addressed with CST include
• Stress • Back and neck pain
• Insomnia • Surgical recovery
• Depression and Anxiety • TMJ
• Migraine headaches • Birth trauma
A
session consists of light hands on touch while remaining fully
clothed and lying down on a massage table. The sessions are
deeply relaxing and help to relieve stress and tension. Treatments
also help the client acquire a deeper understanding and relationship
with their inner self and body. Clients report that the feeling
of a session is similar to meditation without having to try
to meditate.
Gentle
and non-invasive, CST is a great complement to any wellness
program and to other types of healthcare.
