Yoga Dance is an honoring of life as it expresses naturally through
us in movement, breath and play. Yoga Dance is creative, freeing
and fun. Enjoy upbeat world music meditations, dancing deeply with
your self and others. Yoga Dance incorporates the Dance Alive(r)
method with Free style dance, Yoga moves and Massage therapy. No
previous yoga experience required. Bring a towel! The Dance Alive(r)
Method uses breath, sound and music to accompany you individually
and with others through five elemental movement forms. Balancing
spontaneity with structure, fluidity with resistance, right brain
with left, expression with containment. The balance between building
muscle and increasing fluidity trains us to become strong and adaptable.
As we carry this strength and adaptability into our daily relationships
and yoga practice, we become naturally aligned.) Ninaya specializes
in life movement modalities. She is a certified teacher and practitioner
of Yoga, dance, massage,
watsu and colon hydrotherapy, offering wellness
