meditation is a powerful way to quiet your mind, relieve stress
and connect into your inner most being. It is simply the act
of closing your eyes, breathing and resting in stillness so
you can experience true relaxation and expanded states of
awareness.
I
teach many meditation techniques so you can find the ones
that work best for you. Not every technique is a fit for everyone,
so I give you options to explore so you can develop a successful
meditation practice in your daily life. I will teach you how
to breathe (I know it sounds silly, but it can be challenging
to master), how to rest in awareness, how to access your deepest
self as well as the higher realms. Once you learn the basics
of meditation, you can use it in a number of ways. You can
use it to gain insight and clarity, to heal yourself and your
body, to access higher levels of consciousness and much more.

Shanti Pincock, Ph.D is a Certified Energetic Healing Practitioner,
Meditation Coach and Spiritual Teacher. She received her Ph.D
in Healing Science and Research through The School of Advanced
Healing in conjunction with the New Mexico Theological Seminary.
Shanti received her certification as a Past Life Reader and
Hypnotherapist through a program facilitated by Doreen Virtue,
Ph.D. Shanti has been studying personal growth and spirituality
for 20 years and has been facilitating healing for over 12 years.
She is a dedicated healer and teacher for those who are seeking
higher levels of consciousness.
